All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

The Skeptics raise some questions about the justice of God according to the Islamic concept. For instance, they said: Is it right to create woman weak, while the man is created strong? Is it right to create man blind or handicap?  Is it right to born a man unbeliever while other is born in Islam?

These questions would have right, If this world we live in is the end, and that there is nothing after death but annihilation. So, these are just thesis throw by the atheists which strike the heart of some believers, but it is a proof against the atheists who do not believe in the day of judgment.

They do not believe in the Creator and in the day of reckoning and call people to values and ethics. Although the nature of life - according to their theses - is unjust. It does not earn justice for creatures and people but makes them vary degrees, some on top of another till they will reach the absolute annihilation.

But as for those who believe in the day of reckoning, they have two considerations for such matters: consideration of judgment, and consideration of what next after the judgment.

It is Allah who possesses the most exalted attributes and absolute justice. He, the exalted is the one who created the woman and made her weak. For this He write-off prayer on her and allows her to delay fasting at the time of her menstruation period. He took away from her the duty of work, financial expenses, and Jihad and he obliged on the man to take care of her and her affairs in this Worldly life.  And in the hereafter, the high ranks that men cannot be reached except with under the lightning of swords, and wars, women reach it more easily by her patience with her husband, management of her home affairs, and her care for upbringing her children.

The preference of justice is that when someone is giving more strength, knowledge, and intelligence, then he would be accounted on it in detail, while when someone is deprived of a right, his burdening shall be made light and shall be reckoned according to his condition. Therefore, the strong may enrage the weak, and the seeing may enrage the blind, and so on in the day of resurrection due to the great rewards that the weak shall be earned on that day for his patience and his rejoice with what he has suffered.

However, one who was born among the Muslims is not like one who was born among the unbelievers. The scholars stated that the door of forgiveness in ignorance will be broadened and tightened according to one's environment and his condition.

He who grew up in a place that he could not be able to get who can teach him about his religion, the door of excuse is wider with him, while the door of excuse is tightened for one who grew up in an Islamic environment. Allah says:

{Do not covet what Allah has given to some of you in preference to others, for men is a share of what they have earned, and for women is a share of what they have earned…}. Q4:32.  Whether be a man or woman,  judgment and punishment are the same. There is no difference in judgment. Each has his own hobbies and concerns.
